A five minute walk to search for your neighbour, the widow Potter.
WASD or ARROW KEYS to move. Walk into things to interact.
M to enlarge the window, N to make it smaller.
Don't drop what mother told you to carry.

Install instructions
Unzip, extract or drag-and-drop the two files in the .zip to whatever location you want, and run the .exe! It may be caught by Windows Defender, but hand on heart you can safely run it. Enjoy!

hey! this looks super cool, but i can't really get it to work and when i downloaded it the text moved so fast and automatically skipped and i couldn't read it. i'd really like to play it though because the art style is fantastic
Hey, thanks for the feedback! Like I wrote in the description, the HTML5 version doesn't seem to work on any browser at the moment.
Finding that the text is skipping automatically in the downloadable version is an interesting catch! I tried to replicate it and it only runs through all the text like that if you're holding a key down (any key). If you don't, it should come to an automatic stop.
maybe it's got something to do with my controller being plugged in? sometimes it has phantom inputs
That could be it, as the game takes directional controller input as well!
